Frequently asked questions

All orders are for PRE-ORDER. This means that I have to accept each order and I will reach out to you with a rough time frame of when you will get them. All caramels are planned out based on a first come first serve basis. Typically, delivery times will be about 1-2 weeks from when you place your order, but can be as short as 2 days, or as long as 4 weeks depending on how busy things are. If you have specific delivery date needs, please email me at TheKitchWitchCo@gmail.com or use the contact form below and we can work something out to accomodate your needs.

Each caramel flavor varies based on ingredients, but as a general rule of thumb, the caramels will last at room temperature for 2-4 weeks before they start to crystallize. To help them last longer, keep them in the fridge (up to 3-4 months) or freezer (6 months to 1 year).

I've made sure to add a list of ingredients at the bottom of each order page specific to each flavor, so you can always be sure you aren't ordering something that could harm you. If you have specific allergies and have requests, reach out to me at TheKitchWitchCo@gmail.com or use the contact form below and I'll see what I can do to accommodate you!

Potentially, yes! If we work together, we have plans coming up, or some other special situation, shoot me an email at TheKitchWitchCo@gmail.com or use the contact form below and we can chat about an alternate method. In the meantime, when checking out choose "pickup" as your method.

No! I've been told I could market my caramels as "braces safe" because they truly don't stick. I've had many people who usually can't eat caramels tell me that they were surprised to find these didn't cause them issues at all!

If I get enough notice, then ideally yes! Just email me at TheKitchWitchCo@gmail.com or use the contact form below and I'll see what I can do.

As of now, I LOVE hearing what people would like to have as flavors! That said, in terms of immediate orders, what I have listed on the site is all I'm able to do at that time. But if you want me to consider a specific flavor in the future, please reach out and I'd love to make it happen!

I'm a one woman team working out of my house, but in my free time I love to experiment with flavors. I like to come up with ideas that feel seasonally relevant, but also feel unique. Once I have some in mind, I spend the next several weeks (or sometimes months) experimenting until I get the flavors just right. Some flavors never make it out of my kitchen, and some take a lot of starting over and playing around to get it to a good enough quality to sell. If you want to follow along with the process, I often post live behind the scenes of my experimentation on my instagram @_TheKitchWitch

As of right now, no. Sorry! I currently have no way to guarantee the freshness of the caramels for such a long trek, and I always want to be able to ensure the food I sell is the best possible quality.
